I have been working recently with someone on an issue with FileZilla in my company. For some reason, the end-user cannot connect to the server provided. I also tried to connect with my own.
From the mount list I can see in the screenshot, it looks like you have no native path associated to the virtual root "/", but the scanner doesn't move from the root itself, hence it tries to.
In FileZilla Server, when you add a folder for a user you can scroll past the local drives to the Network Locations node. Expand it and locate the network place you setup. Select it and use it.
